How does the Escrow system work?
Your payment is held securely in our system. It is only released to the service provider (driver, host, or car owner) 24 hours after a successful check-in or ride completion.
How do you verify your drivers?
Every Bingi driver undergoes a strict biometric identity check, a criminal background screen, and an in-person vehicle inspection before they are allowed on the platform.
Can I list my own car or property?
Absolutely. The Bingi model relies on local asset owners. You can apply through our Partner Portal, and our team will contact you for physical vetting.
Is Bingi available outside of Ghana?
We are currently piloting our MVP in key Ghanaian hubs (like Accra and Takoradi), with plans to scale across West Africa in our next development phase.
